MGN Consulting Engineers has been dedicated to providing our clients with thorough and thoughtful design. We offer mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection engineering, energy modeling, assessments, cost analysis, assistance with lease negotiations, etc. Our services are used by architects and owners in over 30 states. Projects expand across commercial retail and office, medical, education, financial, hospitality, government, light industrial, ground up and tenant improvements, etc.
We know that every project and owner has different needs. Through our experience with government military projects to speculative construction, we appreciate the fact that different projects are approached differently in terms of first cost, longevity, maintenance, energy savings, environmental compatibility, etc. We have come to utilize designs from our LEED certified projects to projects where it just makes sense for the building owner.
Our staff is centered on experience with careers spanning 10 to 50 years in the industry. We are a hands-on firm where clientele work directly with the design engineers without layers between principals, project managers and designers. We hold our professional ethics in the highest regard - to design for the protection of health, safety and welfare of every person that owns, operates and occupies every building we design.
